Hot Liquid Racing

Hot Liquid Racing offers you the opportuinity to take part in the often elitist sport of yacht racing. You can participate in any of our race events if you have a minimum of RYA Competent Crew or equivalent knowledge. You will sail on board one of our Beneteau 40.7 or Elan 40 racing yachts and receive coaching from our experienced and friendly instructors. Each race package includes training beforehand to prepare you for your event and enable you to familiarise yourself with the boat and other crew members.

With all safety gear, food and accommodation provided and race entries organised, Hot Liquid offer a simple option for those wanting to race.

OFFSHORE RACING
Enjoy a challenge? Offshore racing can be just that. With structured training delivered by experienced skippers, yourself and the rest of the crew will be ready to jump on board and take to the water for some fantastic racing. Offshore races will generally last a weekend, with some up to 5 or 6 days. You will take it in turn on watch to race the yacht to the finish line. More info >>>

REGATTAS / INSHORE RACING
Renowned for the fantastic racing they offer along with the entertaining “après-sail”, regattas are the perfect place to start yacht racing or improve your skills on the race course. With the opportunity to sail from one day to one week they are both fun and challenging events. Race during the days, and then make your way ashore for a superb social scene in the evening. With destinations including Cork and Cowes, you will be in the real heart of the yacht racing lifestyle.

Taking part in an inshore race series is another great way to build on your experience, have fun, and is a great warm up for the regatta season or offshore races. There are series taking place throughout the year which generally run over a number of weekends. More info >>>

CORPORATE RACING
Racing is a fantastic way for your team to bond; simply, the boat won’t sail properly unless team work takes place! There are many industry regattas aimed at the corporate world and many teams also take the opportunity do some fundraising in the process. Along with organised regattas we can also organise ‘in house’ racing specifically for your team.

Yacht racing is an excellent way to get out of the office and city, grab some fresh air and clear your minds of work. You will get to know the people you work alongside in a different light, and also experience the famous social atmosphere of the yacht racing community. More info >>>
