A strong team is still a team whatever environment you place it in and sailing is the embodiment of teamwork. In order for the yacht to sail effectively, many actions are required on the part of the crew. Each action will provoke a reaction and affect another team-member’s role. This serves to highlight the importance of strong communication and consideration of what each other team-member requires in order to fulfil their role efficiently.

To truly customise and maximise your day, there are numerous options that you could consider:
• PHOTOGRAPHY – a professional marine photographer to capture your teams experiences throughout the day. You can then watch a slide show of the day’s events during your evening entertainment. • BRANDING – a fantastic way to raise your company’s profile. The possibilities are endless, from branding the hull of the yacht to team kit, banners and sail graphics. • CATERING - we can arrange a buffet style lunch on board ranging from basic sandwiches to a full hot or cold buffet with a wide range of refreshments. We are also able to provide other forms of catering including beach B-B-Q’s through to dining experiences in yacht clubs. • SHORE-SIDE ORGANISATION – whatever you need: entertainment / additional accommodation / key note speaker / evening dining • MISCELLANEOUS – there are many options to enhance your event.
